The Race Report is on the cutting edge of Newsletter services and being on the cutting edge The Race Report will be able to provide you with late breaking as well as up to date information on Running, Biking and Triathlons. The Race Report will also provide Tips on Health, Training and Nutrition for beginners as well as experience athletes on a 2 week or so interval starting Aug. 1,2002

* TIPS OF ISSUE: Avoid doing your workouts between 11:00 am and 4:00 pm. This is the most dangerous time of the day in the Summer months (June-Sept). Either train early in the morning or late in the afternoon. Winter running winds and temperatures combined can cause dangerous wind chill factors. Check with wind chill charts before going out for your morning or evening runs.
